Mary Lou Santopietro

Mary Lou Santopietro took over as office manager in 1995 and has been loyally at the helm ever since. She worked as a biology teacher in the mid 70s and went back to get her Masters in Ed. at RI College 74. She then spent the next two decades raising her three children and became a very active member of the local drug prevention committee. She went back to work for her husband in the mid-90’s and at this time she introduced electronic medical billing to the office. She now has 4 grandchildren, spends time on Cape Cod and enjoys gardening.

David Santopietro

David studied at The College William and Mary and graduated with a concentration in literary and cultural studies in 2003. He was very interested in film making for some time and spent a summer after his graduation travelling in the Balkans where he shot a documentary short film about students and education in Bosnia.

Shortly after this he came home to Boston and began working with his father’s practice. Soon it became clear that the office was falling behind the times and David set out to reinvigorate the practice with technological solutions for all aspects of their work.

With Dr. Santopietro’s guidance, he developed the EvenKeel Orthotic Manufacturing System. His primary contribution being the design of the root orthotic model that all EvenKeel orthotics are based on and the integration of this technology into the practice.

David spent summers in college working as a sailing instructor and loves to sail, enjoys watersports, loves Wiffleball, and plays softball and soccer.

David is a board game and toy enthusiast and makes wooden game boards in his spare time. Building with Lego bricks are his favorite thing to do and he has a collection of Lego Minifigures keeping watch over the front administrative desk. Keep an eye out for them when you come in!

Nadine Eisenhauer

Nadine has been assisting Dr. Santopietro since 2004 and trained with him in fitting shoes and making custom orthotics. She studied at Quincy College and still dreams of starting a skate shop someday. She is an avid ice skater and spends much of her free time on the ice. Prior to joining Dr. Santopietro she worked for her family business as a hair stylist and continues to cut hair when not at the office. Besides ice skating some of her favorite things are: vespas, animals and trash paper basketball.

She has a very good knowledge of shoes and materials and she is known to always keep us laughing. If you walk out and Nadine hasn’t made you laugh, Nadine must not have been in that day.
